Refund Policy

1. Your right to change your mind

Under the EU/UK right of withdrawal (implementing Directive 2011/83/EU), you have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your Wellaray Coffee order to change your mind and request a return, without needing to give a reason.

2. How to request a return

Email support@purificationelbo.world with your order details within the 14-day window. We will confirm the return address and next steps within two working days.

3. Condition of returned goods

Where possible, please return any unopened sachets in their original box. Because Wellaray Coffee is a food supplement, opened or used sachets cannot always be resold, so we may ask you to describe the condition of the item when requesting your return, in line with normal hygiene and food-safety practice.

4. Refund timing and method

Once we receive and check your returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method (or arrange an alternative if you paid on delivery) within 14 calendar days.

5. Return delivery costs

You are responsible for the cost of returning the item unless it arrived faulty or incorrect, in which case we will cover reasonable return postage.

6. Faulty or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or different from what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible at support@purificationelbo.world and we will arrange a replacement or full refund.
