What we do
We write honest, first-person columns about everyday energy, routine and balanced living, and we occasionally mention food supplements we've personally used as part of that routine.
About
The Vantage Journal is a small, independent wellness column. Here's who writes it, how we choose what to cover, and what we will never claim.
I've written about food, sleep and everyday routines for nine years, the last five of them at The Vantage Journal. I'm a nutrition enthusiast and long-time home cook, not a doctor, dietitian or other regulated health professional - and I never present myself as one.
Every habit and product mentioned in this column is something I or a colleague has actually tried for a sustained period, not a one-off sample. Where a product makes a claim, we check it against publicly available nutrient information before it goes anywhere near a headline.
We write honest, first-person columns about everyday energy, routine and balanced living, and we occasionally mention food supplements we've personally used as part of that routine.
We don't diagnose conditions, promise medical outcomes, or suggest any product replaces professional advice, a balanced diet or normal activity.
We only mention products with a published ingredient list and a clear food-supplement labelling, and we always check that stated nutrient claims match recognised structure/function guidance.
The Vantage Journal is published by Vantage Media Publishing Ltd. When a column mentions Wellaray Coffee, it's because our editor uses it herself as part of a daily routine - not because a doctor or celebrity has endorsed it. If you'd like to know more, our FAQ page covers ingredients, delivery and returns, and you're always welcome to get in touch.
