1. Who we are
The Vantage Journal is published by Vantage Media Publishing Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, of 71 Grafton Road, Manchester, M13 9NT, United Kingdom ("we", "us", "our"). This policy explains how we collect, use, store and protect personal data when you visit purificationelbo.world, contact us, or place an order for Wellaray Coffee.
2. What data we collect
Depending on how you interact with the site, we may collect: your name, phone number, delivery address and postcode when you submit an order form; your name, email address and message content when you submit our contact form; technical data such as IP address, browser type, device information and pages visited; and, only with your consent, cookie identifiers used for analytics and advertising measurement.
3. Why we collect it and our legal basis
We process order details to fulfil and deliver your purchase and to contact you to confirm delivery, under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract). We process contact-form messages to respond to your enquiry under Article 6(1)(f) (our legitimate interest in customer service). Where we use analytics or advertising cookies, we rely on your consent under Article 6(1)(a), gathered through our cookie banner and Consent Mode. We may also process data to comply with legal obligations, such as tax and accounting records, under Article 6(1)(c).
4. Google Ads, Analytics, Remarketing and Google Maps
We may use Google Ads and Google Analytics to understand how visitors use this site and to measure the performance of our marketing, and Google Maps to display our office location on the contact page. These services may set cookies or use similar technologies. In line with Google's Consent Mode v2, no advertising or analytics cookie is set until you actively accept it through our cookie banner; before that point, consent signals are sent as denied. If you accept, we may also use remarketing, which allows previous visitors to be shown relevant advertising on other websites; this only occurs with your consent.
5. Cookies
Full details of the cookies we use, their purpose and duration are set out in our Cookie Policy. You can change your preferences at any time using the cookie settings link in our footer or cookie banner.
6. How long we keep your data
Order and contact records are kept for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose they were collected for, and afterwards only as required by tax, accounting or consumer-protection law, typically no longer than six years. Cookie-based analytics data is retained according to the relevant service provider's default retention periods, generally between 14 and 26 months.
7. International data transfers
Some of our service providers, including Google, may process data outside the United Kingdom or European Economic Area. Where this happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision, as recognised under UK and EU data protection law.
8. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal data, to object to certain processing, to request a copy of your data in a portable format, and to withdraw consent at any time without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at privacy@purificationelbo.world.
9. Complaints
If you are unhappy with how we handle your personal data, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), the UK's independent supervisory authority for data protection matters, via ico.org.uk, or with the supervisory authority in your own country of residence if you are located elsewhere in the EU/EEA.
